In some instances, customers may be eligible for same-day service even if the request is made after the cut-off time. We are on lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM PST.     Mobile Notaries
    When placing an order for mobile notary services, please specify the type and number of documents needing notarization. We will confirm the appointment time and location with you and/or the signer(s). All parties signing the documents must have valid photo identification available at the time of the notarization. Additional charges will apply for multiple documents.

    Document Recordings
    Requesters are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of documents to be recorded, as we do not verify details or the specific filing formats required by each county. Please double-check that your documents meet the local county requirements to avoid any filing delays. Orders that require refilling will incur additional charges.

    Property Showings
    Our service includes one showing of the entire property. After the showing, our field agent will ensure the property is securely locked back up.

    Additional Information
    For all services, ensure that all necessary permissions and access are secured prior to our agents’ arrival to facilitate a smooth and efficient service delivery. For any specific requirements or custom requests, please mention them at the time of order confirmation to ensure your needs are accurately met. Missed appointments will necessitate rebooking by the requester. No refunds will be issued for appointments that are missed.
